The Polk County Property Appraisers Office makes property information available via www.polkpa.org.  The site allows you to search for a property by Parcel ID, Owner Name, and Address.  In addition, there is an advanced query search that allows you to combine predefined criteria and export records to a .csv file.  The advanced query search has a download limit of 10,000 records per search.

If the website and advanced query search do not meet your needs, you can download the CAMA (Computer Assisted Mass Appraisal) Data and GIS Data  from the FTP site https://www.polkpa.org/FTPPage/ftpdefault.aspx.

This help document is designed to provide information about data available for download.

NOTE ABOUT WHEN / HOW FTP DATA IS UPDATED:

FTP Parcel Detail information (Owner, Address, Sale, Exemption, Building, Permit, Land Lines) is current and updated nightly unless otherwise indicated.  To view the date of last update, click the advanced query search link below and look for text that says:  All other data is current as of Weekday, Month Day, Year at Date/Time.

FTP Value data (Land, Building, Market, Taxable, etc.) is from the prior year Tax Roll, except where otherwise noted.
