Ordinarily, the Property Appraiser adjusts the market value in accordance with Florida Statute 193.011(8). Step 4: Enter/Populate Portability Amount that will be applied to the New Home $
Option 1: If Prior Home in Polk County
Find the Polk County Prior Home Portability Amount by Owner name to automatically populate the portability amount.
